Call for Paper

• Submissions are welcomed to authors from any countries. Authors are strongly requested to attend the Conference and to present their papers in oral or poster sessions.
  
  
• Abstracts in English should be submitted no later that 15 June 2008. The submitted abstract will be subject to peer review for originality, technical content, objectivity, and absence of commercialism. Initial screening will be based on the abstracts. Notification of acceptance will be delivered on 30 August 2008.
  
  
• Authors wishing to submit an abstract should carefully read the following instructions or download the Template for Abstract (MS Word, PDF) and send to the i-CIPEC secretariat by e-mail (icipec2008@jgsee.kmutt.ac.th). The one-A4-page abstract (in MS word), single line spaced, typed in Times New Roman 12 points and in English, with applicable topics as indicated in Major Topics and should include:
        o Full title of the paper
        o Full name and address (postal address, tel, fax, e-mail) of the corresponding author
        o Full name of each author and co-authors, and respective affiliation
        o Rational and objective of the work
        o Approach and methodology
        o Results and discussion
        o Conclusion
  Only contributions complying with the above specifications will be considered for peer review.
  
  
• The author(s) whose abstracts are accepted, either for oral or poster presentation, are required to submit the full paper by 15 October 2008. Please carefully follow the instructions in Author Guideline for Manuscript (PDF) and Template for Manuscript (MS Word, PDF). Please submit both MS Word and PDF format of your manuscript to the i-CIPEC2008 Secretariat preferably by e-mail (icipec2008@jgsee.kmutt.ac.th). Each file size should not exceed 2 MB.
  
  Any author who does not meet all announced deadlines and requirements will not be allowed to present the paper at the conference. In this case, the corresponding paper will not be included in the conference CD-ROM.
  
  Please also be informed that the participant whose paper(s) have been accepted for presentation at the 5th i-CIPEC Conference will be allowed to present only two papers, regardless of the status of the paper presentation.
  
  
• Only full paper submitted with payment of registration fee will be considered for publication in the proceedings of the conference.
  
  
• Authors are strongly encouraged to refer to the Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentation (PDF) for preparation of their presentations, e.g. loading of Powerpoint presentation file, time duration, size of poster, template of poster, etc.
